There was quite a
lot of eating out this week but in aim to keep myself on track with better
eating, I opted for lighter versions. Eating out doesn’t always have to be bad
for you!
Chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese and sundried tomato, tenderstem brocolli, beans, mangetout, spinach and half an avocado
Tuesday:Stirfried chicken and vegetables with light soy sauce dressing
Wednesday:
Pizza express night. Low cal option with the salmon leggera salad, only 413 calories
Thursday:
Salmon fillet with spinach, broccoli, mange tout, beans and
red pepper
Friday:
Wagamamas chilli beef ramen
Saturday:
Healthy (ish) twist on a take-away curry. Tandoori mixed grill with salad
Sunday:
Apples and sultanas sauteed in brandy and brown sugar - my favourite treat
